Refund Policy

At Regal Hide, we want you to feel confident with every leather piece you own. Each wallet, card holder, or travel bag is crafted with care, but we also understand that sometimes things may not be exactly what you expected. That’s why we’ve created a smooth and simple return process, built around trust and customer satisfaction.


What Can Be Returned?

  • Brand New & Unused: We can only accept items that are unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags intact. Your product should be in the same condition as you received it.

  • Within 14 Days of Delivery (UAE & GCC): You have up to 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

  • Proof of Purchase: Please keep your order confirmation or receipt handy to help us process your return quickly.


A Few Important Notes

  • Change of Mind? No problem – unopened and unused products are eligible for a full refund. If the item has been opened or slightly handled, we may offer you store credit so you can choose another Regal Hide product.

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us immediately. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

  • Used Items: Products that show signs of wear, personalization, or custom embossing cannot be returned, unless there’s a manufacturing defect.


How to Return Your Item

  1. Submit a Request: Visit our Customer Support page on the Regal Hide website and select “Return Request.”

  2. Get Approval: Once approved, you’ll receive a return authorization code and instructions.

  3. Pack It Right: Place the product securely in its original packaging.

  4. Send It Back: Return shipping within the UAE is the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect.


Refund Process

  • Once we receive your return and confirm it meets our return policy criteria, we will process your refund within 60–90 business days.

  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method. Store credit will be issued where applicable.
